David Leibsohn 
Managing Director & Co-Founder

David Leibsohn is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years in technology business development, corporate development and venture investing. David now supports technologies, organizations, and investors that are working to elevate mental and emotional well-being, performance and human flourishing at scale. 
 
David was previously Senior Vice President of Business and Corporate Development at Ygrene Energy Fund, funding over $1.5 billion in clean energy and energy efficiency improvements to commercial and residential properties nationwide, and growing the company from zero to $450 million in annual sales over 5 years.  Prior to that, David founded and sold a small GPS data business; ran Business Development for Loomia, an AI software service company; managed Partnerships for Syndicom, a collaborative innovation platform for healthcare professionals; and led Corporate Development transactions for Excite@Home. Over the course of his business career, David has led a large corporate venture fund, a small angel fund, M&A transactions up to $3 billion in size, and over $1 billion in debt and equity financings. 
 
David earned a JD/MBA from Georgetown University (magna cum laude), where he was an associate editor of the Georgetown Law Journal, and began his professional career as a corporate attorney at the venerable Silicon Valley firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
 
David has a passion for advancing technologies and modalities that support well-being and the transformation of human consciousness. David has been an early advisor to the Transformative Technology Conference, Consciousness Hacking, and the Shift Network, and a co-founder of Elevate Humanity: An Opportunity Summit for Entrepreneurs, which brought together second-time founders, engineers, designers and investors to co-create solutions for well-being and human flourishing. David is also an integral leadership coach and a trained conflict mediator.
